What we collect

• Account details (name, email, phone) when you register
• Enquiry details you submit to vendors (including wedding date, city, budget)
• Usage data (pages viewed) to improve the product

How we use it

To operate the marketplace: connect you with vendors you enquire with, send transactional emails (login, reset, enquiry alerts), and moderate reviews.

Sharing

Vendors receive your enquiry details — that is the product. We do not sell personal data. Vendors are independently responsible for their own data handling.

Your rights

Email us to view, correct or delete your account and associated data. Deleting an account deactivates it while preserving anonymised enquiry records.

Security

Passwords are stored with one-way bcrypt hashing, all traffic runs over HTTPS, and admin access is role-restricted and logged.
