Refund Policy

Wedzolo does not process payments between couples and vendors — those refunds are governed by your contract with the vendor.

Vendor subscription refunds

Paid vendor subscription plans can be refunded in full within 7 days of activation if fewer than 3 leads have been delivered. After 7 days, refunds are pro-rated at our discretion. Feature placements already served are non-refundable.
